• Contact our friendly customer concierge team at 1-516-274-0090 orsend an email to support@pentagonfit.com.
• They will verify your order (give them your name and order ID)
• You’ll get an RMA# and then just return the product back to our warehouse.
• They will set up your refund, to be processed within 7-10 business days.
