How long does shipping take?

We process and ship most orders within 24-48 hours.

After being processed and leaving our warehouse, Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Express Shipping (when available) takes 2 to 4 days.

Please note that due to our team not working on weekends, all orders from Friday evening to Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. For orders completed on a holiday, they will be processed on the next business day.

Orders outside of the U.S., and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii take a little longer – typically a total of 10-14 days. We are not liable for any customs duties for non-US shipments.

Oops! I made a mistake on my order, what do I do?

No problem! It happens.

But please tell us as soon as possible so we can try to fix your order details.

Remember that orders are processed the next business day in most cases, and leave the warehouse shortly after.

So if you need to make a change on your order, ideally please let us know within 12 hours of placing your order.

If the product has already left our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to it.

Please note that PentagonFit is not liable for delivery errors or any lost, held, or damaged packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Upon confirmation of your refund request, you’ll be given an RMA Number which must be written on top of your return shipment. Customers are liable for return shipping fees.

Once we receive and process your return, we will authorize your refund and it should show on your card/bank statement in 5 business days or less.

Returns must be received within 60 days of your order date or 365 days for applicable items. Any returns not received in this timeframe are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.

Please note that if the product is opened or used, we provide store credit to use on any other PentagonFit products.
